Pre-Production Weather Check

The best weather to shoot the outside shots is on Sunday, this is because the performers go college and won't be able to attend on weekdays and also Sunday is the only day which looks like Sun will be coming out despite the short time of sunshine it will be.

Location of Video Shoot

One of our locations we decided to take the shot was a car park in Thornton Heath, this was to create a urban feel to the music video and also follow some conventions found in current music videos in the genre like flashy cars and also spending a lot of time on the streets. This creates a intimidating look especially if the video is shot whilst its dark.
Another location we decided to shoot our video is in a room just like this, preferably with minimal furniture in the background. This is to allow the performers to be them and use the space to create an intimidating look by making full use of the space also following conventions in the genre.

Risk Assessment

Production Schedule

We decided that we would film all of our footage in one day so that when we edit the footage there isn't any dramatic changes in the lighting due to varied weather on different days. Thus starting in the morning so we get as much sunlight as possible, making all of our shots in a consistent lighting.

The following day (December 6th), we would have the photoshoot for our album cover. We decided to do this on another day so we can use a professional white background for a top quality shoot.

The development of the digipack would span over two days (December 10th - 11th), as well as the development of the release poster (December 16th - 17th).

Editing the footage would also span over two days, working all day to ensure that our video is best constructed and put together as possible.
